There is an urgent need for formulation of a policy, which ensures that the health insurers do not charge those of female gender high premiums, as this will provide them with a comprehensive health cover with the discrimination among the healthcare professionals being addressed as well. ACP strongly opposes the legislation or regulating the limit access to the comprehensive reproductive healthcare or the unnecessary restrictions on healthcare access to women. Generally, this will help in solving a raft of challenges that women have been facing in the past with regards to healthcare.
