This week I expected to complete the project execution step that deals with project management. In this phase, I expected to:

What did you actually accomplish on the project this week?

• I managed to manufacture goods that met the customer’s expectation

What issues have arisen, and what help do you need?

• One of the issues that have risen is difficulty in assigning tasks to team members. This was because of improper communication that hindered the information from reaching the team members working in the field.
• I needed the general manager to help me have proper communication that can enhance team members’ coordination and easy distribution of resources to customers. There was a suggestion to create a social media platform to ensure that the distribution can reach even customers in far countries.

What do you expect to accomplish on the project next week?

• I expect to monitor the progress of the project whether they are towards meeting the organizational objectives
• I also plan to design a social media platform and a website that will allow customers to book the products without coming to the company to make booking.
