These are issues that we can overcome within our company. This means that the demand will be quite high compared to how it was previously. As a result, a longer lead time would result in the potential loss of customers to competitors that would willing to fulfill their orders within the desired period. This is not something that the company would want as it would jeopardize its image.
It is the objective of the company to have a long working relationship with Pills Inc. Being in agreement on such things as the desired lead time would go a long way in ensuring that this aspect has been actualized. It would be difficult to work together if the partnership brings inconvenience to the company. For these reasons, we are urging you to consider the objection to a shorter manufacturing lead time.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that would have been caused by Weight Loss Optimizer. We are really sorry that you did not experience any positive results upon using the product based on the expectations that you had. However, it was not appropriate to lash out in the manner that you did.
