Ambulatory dermatology demands for daycare patients in the hospital where they are assessed diagnosed and treated so that we can go home the same day.  Value-based purchasing is crucial in this specialization as all the coasts have to be accounted for.my practicum experience in the ambulatory dermatology have seen the opportunities that could be used to enhance the performance of value-based purchasing programs such as trying to improve the measurement of quality and strengthening the design and sizes of the initiatives. Improvements and reducing healthcare disparities is the other idea that goes along with choosing the most appropriate composition targets.
