Most of the claims lacked the support especially those that deal with the interactivity of the environment and gathering of their news streams about the audience and their relationship with the media.Several thoughts and insights make this article more helpful to the class as several ideas that have to be covered do not show the methods of the new technical curves within the new media technology for the managers. This also includes understanding the social media and how social media affects consumer behaviors. Consumer behavior in society is essential to the managers because it determines whether they are going to succeed in the implementation of the projects or not. This is the idea that should have been added to make the article even more helpful and useful.
