All I ever wanted is to join an institution that values the success of students. Being part of Georgia State University will ensure that I experience the extensive research undertaken in this university. Research is an essential component of student education. Life in education has never been easy since I began my early childhood learning. I hailed from a low-income family background. At grade 5, I lost my parents in a road accident. I can’t imagine how difficult education became. I was left under the custody of my grandparent, and although they were aged and could not fetch much, they struggled to keep me in school. It was an up and down experience of learning. But I am proud of myself because I have reached where I am today. Despite the numerous challenges, I did not give up. I believe that success is meant to those who stumble, suffer, and face multiple challenges but see something positive in their struggle. It is intended for those who persevere, commit and work hard. These are the terms I can use to define my walk in the education story of my life.

Generally, I have acquired a GPA average of 3.65. Despite my struggle, I am a student who is committed to achieving educational success. I did a bachelor’s degree in South Canyon University, majoring in Business Management. I am passionate about a career in Human Resource, Accounting or General Business Management. Because I find motivation in these fields, I would love to join this university to drive me on to my dream. Ambition and drive are two qualities that have the key to where I am today. They have enabled me to grow and succeed. I walk on challenges and continuously set goals for myself, so that every time, I have something to strive towards. My drive for success always makes me look for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. My goal is to pursue a Doctorate in Business Management and extend my skills and competence in this field. I have the ambition of going the extra mile to prepare for a leadership position. I desire to acquire the research skills required for strategic planning and decision making. With this, I would be able to demonstrate high levels of commitment to continuous learning, leadership excellence, and professional development.

To decision to return to Georgia State University was the easiest decision I have ever made. Considering the quality of education that this university offers, it is ranked highly among the top universities in the country. My dream is not only to get a Doctorate Degree in Business Management but also to get essential skills and competencies that would enable me to fit well into the competitive job market. As earlier mentioned, I have always known Georgia State University as a reputable institution that is focused on ensuring student success. This is the driving force behind my decision to return to this university for further education. Everyone wants to study at a university that values their needs and inspires them to work hard to achieve the best. This is what Georgia State University is known for. As a result, choosing GSU again was the easiest decision to make because when I look at the different universities around, there is no doubt that GSU is the best amongst them. The university offers quality education with extensive research that would further skills and expertise in a complex and interconnected job market. I believe that rejoining Georgia State University would inspire me to become someone who can bring positive changes to the society I live in. It gave me an opportunity to become a responsible citizen, and I am still yearning for more.
