• First, I find this literary analysis aspect quite fascinating. It gives me the opportunity to read and analyze another person’s work. This entails reading and having deeper understanding of the content involved.
• For this project, I will commence with reading the relevant book to get an idea of what it is all about. The second reading will involve search of various aspects that will be important for the analysis process.
• For now, I have not decided on what exactly I will be analyzing from the book. The project instructions have provided some good insights on the possible directions that can be taken. If I was to analyze the characters, I might choose to go with a collection of stories to help cover as many characters as possible. When it comes to analyzing something like a theme, my preference will be focusing on a certain story. This will help with ensuring there is adequate analysis of the element involved.
• The paper will ensure to include evidence from the book to help support the arguments being made. The arguments will be valid as they will be coming from Lahiri’s writing.
• There will also be an evaluation of opinion from other parties on what they think of Lahiri’s writing on the subject being analyzed. These opinions will be used for referencing purposes and getting different dimensions regarding the analysis.
• I will also ensure that the paper has definite structure. This will include an introduction, main body and the conclusion.
