Ho Chi Minh was the first president of Vietnam; he was very educated since he had studied in Vietnam, USA, Paris, and Moscow and also could speak the Chinese language, French and Vietnamese. Benito Mussolini was an Italian prime minister who became a dictatorship in 1925. Before he was a journalist, who becomes very popular and at first opposed Italy participation in the 1st world war. Later Benito supported the war and was expelled by the party. He advocated for the rise of dictatorship to help deal with Italy’s economic and political problem. The country suffered high taxes, high spending, and high military debts. Chaos erupted, and he saw that he would not remain in power for long, he reduced taxes removed trade barriers, and this saw Italy’s economy proliferate. He appealed to poor by caring for the orphans and the poor hence showing them he was the solution to their problems. Mussolini was not an effective leader because an all he worked for was how to remain in power for a long time. Mussolini was an ineffective leader by making people pay massive taxes.
Fidel Castrol was a communist leader who ruled Cuba for 50 years. He was resilient which saw him ran for election in Cuba which never happened and later he led a revolution which led to his arrest and sending 15 years in jail, and later he exiled to Mexico. He later organized a rebellion and later took over the government as the prime minister. He was a committed and passionate leader who abolished discrimination, provided employment, build a school and advanced medical sector of Cuba. Foreign countries did not like him, but he worked to uplift the lives of his people. Castro was an effective leader who led an uprising to take over the government and built schools, hospitals and abolished discrimination. He was able to come up with policies that ensured that the health sector becomes among the best in the world. He ensured that all hospitals had the necessary resources to treat the patients. He was able to oppose the US which tried to control how he rules Cuba. Castro was an effective leader who developed his country despite not being loved by countries that thought he was not a good leader.
Deng Xiaoping becomes the leader OF China in 1978 who ended the Cultural Revolution that almost ruined China by causing a cultural discontinuity. He led Chinese economic reform that helped China uplift 1.2 billion people out of poverty through this big success China become the 2nd largest economic entity in the world in 2010, and the GDP has been increasing since the economic reform (Kai, 2016). The poverty level has also been rising since 1978 due to the Deng principles. Ineffective policies bring poverty that the government in place has toward development. The advisory committee proposed by Deng became the highest organ in China that helps China out of the Cultural Revolution. Deng Xiaoping was an effective leader who through is the success of leading the Chinese economic reform, China uplifted more than 1.2 billion people from poverty, and since then the Chinese economy has been growing hence in 2010 being ranked the 2nd largest economy in the world. Failure to impose an opinion, Deng Xiaoping was an effective leader by failing to learn from the mistake from the Soviet Union.
