The class about the plan for curriculum implementation for adult learners was outstanding and I liked the way the lecturer explained and demonstrated the concepts. The discussions that stood out to me were on the timeline or the implementation schedule, the communication system, resources and professional development. First, it is understood that the groups that participate in the implementation of the curriculum should be ready to provide inputs in terms of time that will cover each stage of the implementation schedule.

Moreover, to ensure a successful curriculum implementation, the groups should establish an effective communication system. Resources include print and audio visual, human and financial and they are useful in identifying and satisfying the needs of curriculum implementation (Caffarella & Daffron, 2013). Professional development entails activities such as seminars, workshops and orientations. This helps groups involved in the implementation of the curriculum to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to do their jobs.

The discussion on the resources to consider when implementing the program had the greatest impact. Resources such as print and audio visual are appropriate and contribute much to the presentation (Caffarella, & Daffron, 2013). Similarly, they provide lively interactions, participations and generations of ideas. I was surprised by the way my lecturer conducted demonstration lessons and the active participation of the small groups. The participation entailed using visual and auditory materials and this helped to share our experiences. From the discussion, I can use effective communication system in my daily life. The use of effective communication is significant because it facilitates understanding between people. It offers channel of communication, right medium and completeness.
