The organizational culture of Light Industrial factory production candy factory is strong. Its values and assumptions are all aimed at encouraging interaction among the employees and other stakeholders. The organizational culture of the company has led to a unique social and psychological environment which is conducive for the productivity of the employees. I supervise 65 people operating 19 different machines. Although all the people I oversee have various tasks, they work together to ensure that the right amount of candy for each order is shipped out. Without a good relationship and interaction with the employees, it can be hard to achieve the set objective (Yazici, 2009). Thus, the organizational culture of the company is strong because it encourages interaction between employees from different departments to achieve the set targets.

To achieve the objectives of the plan, it is essential for the organizational culture to be strong enough to create a comfortable social and psychological environment for the employees. Religion is very important in introducing project teams. It shapes the organization’s decision patterns. Additionally, it guides the actions of the people in project teams (Yazici, 2009). The culture of an organization determines the manner in which people in a project behaves. Organizational culture encompasses the shared norms, values and attitudes and it plays a role in introducing a project team. Before participating in the implementation of a plan, stakeholders first investigate the culture of the organization to establish if it will be favorable to the execution of the project.
