Similarly, healthcare providers can use this system to improve healthcare outcome and operational efficiency. Moreover, picture archiving and communication systems play a critical role in a healthcare setting since they are useful in digital imaging. In addition, the use of information technology influences the decision to decentralize the healthcare delivery system.
