The academic journey has been both challenging and exciting especially after focusing on human resource management. Specializing in this field was one way of developing my skills and the desire to contribute to society. I decided to specialize in this field because of the impact it has on organizational goals and objectives.  It is one of the disciplines that provides an opportunity for the employee to train and learn. Management of people is crucial in contemporary society. Besides, getting them governed by policies and systems require competent skills aimed at balancing organizational practices and managing human capital in the right way.

Recruiting, training, and developing effective employee relations play a crucial role in identifying competent skills for the right workplace. My interest in global working environment further initiated primary skills required in the field. Consequently, the need for mastering diversity and inclusion, process lack human resource management skills which achieved through HRM management. Therefore, this would be relevant to business management. Thus, motivating personality in this  field  would facilitate productivity

My undergraduate program shaped my skills and provided me with an opportunity to identify my strengths and weaknesses. As a result, it created a way of addressing significant challenges in the field of human resource. Undeniably, human capital s crucial n every organization. Therefore, I decided to settle for .human resource management at my graduate program. As a graduate student, I had an opportunity to research this field and noted the need to develop skills as expertise. Therefore the skills created at undergraduate level has formed the basis of my doctoral journey with experience in different feels linked to HRM.
