Secondary data is obtained and it is very important because it has already been analyzed from various researchers. Apart from that, the information or data especially relating to the topic motivation is very accurate and more reliable. It enables one to understand the logic behind the concepts basing on the analysis and research (Flynn, 2010).

The major outcome of the research as based motivation differs from neglect is to understand the logic behind the topic and the concepts. This is very important because it will enable an individual to access him or herself well basing on the research concepts and methodology (Tiplady, 2011). Motivation is an important aspect which needs to be embraced in the society and by everybody. Apart from that, there is a need of shunning away from the behaviors like intentional abuse and neglect since they lower ones dignity. Apart from that, motivations enable one to embrace important motivational practice in the society which is all bout respect and honor (Flynn, 2010).

One or people can use motivation to improve in performance be it as an individual or group. It is an important aspect in life for instance in organization motivation is one of the important aspects that plays a vital role in performance. People are motivated in various different ways which enabled them to put in more effort in their tasks duties.
