Leadership and communication are the foundation of success in every chore that people undertake. They help in building coherency and flexibility in the methods which are applied to ensure proper flow of events and workforce with any firm. However, miss use of any of these fundamental aspects may render the flow redundant as well as stagnant. Similarly, it is the energy graph that helps in uniting the scattered misfortunes together. This enabled me to balance my weakness and strengths for success in my work style.

Strengths and Challenges

My main advantage is that I am always self-motivated and hard worker in all works that I usually do within my dispensation. Similarly, I am determined and focused on accomplishing my task with the stipulated time (Weiner, 2017). My goals are always exemplary and performed with the recommended time and purpose.

However, my weakness is that when I miss the deadline, I get stressed up because the ball was dropped by someone else. The answer is usually a no-brainer and unimaginative. Similarly, I have trouble working with others especially on occasions where the operation is intense and must be covered within a short period.

Laws of Conversation

My experience with conversation reiterates that the actual art of conversation relies on leaving unsaid and the wrong things at a moment of tempting for a sensitive relationship to be deduced (Basten et al., 2018). Similarly, the comfort levels and the context of conversation depend on the person who is talking about it.

Strategies for Being a Successful Student

As a successful student, I plan to get focused, remain optimistic in whatever I am doing to achieve the best from my hard work. Similarly, I expect to rationalize the challenges and my weakness my preparing a time-table that will assist me to meet the deadline (Weiner, 2017). Overall, I will set a concrete schedule to reduce the workload.

In conclusion, my experience has shaped my academic activities and personal life. I endeavor to be a promising leader in future after reaping abundant from the academics. The leadership and communication capabilities have bestowed in me a rational being who is focused and determined to achieve the best academically as well as in the personal life.
