Position in Organization

Duties and Key Responsibilities

The director of IT will perform the following;

Experience

  • The candidate should have work experience of 10 years in managerial positions
  • Must attain minimum master’s degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline
  • The candidate must have achieved an MBA from a recognized institution  and firm business background from recognized corporations
  • More than 5 five years in  a supervisory capacity
  • Must have at least two years in network administration, information technology analysis and planning, and operations control
  • Excellent understanding of current networks and information systems.
  • The candidate must have an advanced level of management values
  • Elaborate management of multiple system units
  • Should have the ability to coach managers of lower levels
  • Should demonstrate high administrative complexity including, significant budgets development and influence over service delivery decisions.
  • Should have an advanced strategic focus on long term planning
  • Digital project management will an added advantage
  • Should have practiced web development and excellent programming skills.
