Management has 400 million customers and 8600 employees Vodafone has expanded its operations to up to 40countries in the world. It has been experiencing phenomenal growth, but its business and systems have not grown so much.
Organization from the management of the Vodafone where ever subsidies operated on its own with its own rules and leaders it becomes so hard for it to be organized so well because higher headquarters do not show the transparency and visibility. Through this, there should be a lot of laziness and absence n job. Through this made it difficult in analyzing the overall scenario.

Since there was a different source of in out which was difficult to be analyzed the organization was not able to reform itself as a single unified entity who can compete with competitors in the rapid progressive changing business scenario

Through it, the company can easily stand the losses that can occur. If the company was to be changed and work under one management because with ERP, there is no need to chance it’s only a matter of implementing the system into the data of the company and the managing and view come under on central management from all different subsidies.
the company should put great focus on the economic downturn as it’s the one supporting the company. Also, it should put more emphasis on the support team as they should look for specialists who will address the employee implementation. In the same case should implement the SAP ERP system that can make the business easy to manage and put a lot of extra pressure on the employees, managers, and executives.
The organization the company aim should be dealing with different challenges coming up, the demand of customers and network users, interface and legal law requirements from local laws.
The technologythe terms learned to be used in the future implementation when testing and feedback revealed that the more attention to be usability, the system allowed to make a lot of users friendly and some legacy staffs which were very difficult to migrate to the new system were made more comfortable.

Through the new system, it has reduced the cost of ownership and provided a common platform of working across the unit. The new system produced a more unified organizational structure. This resulted from the sharing of data from all the companies of Vodafone in the world through this it helps the company to solve the problems in one union. And the loss is shared among the companies making more profit the management is now from one super office.
