Eating
I eat for approximately three hours a day. I eat eggs in the morning, rice during lunch hour and green vegetables at night. I eat rice, eggs, and green vegetables on Mondays because I feel they are tasty and nourishes and adds nutrients to my body. Drinking (non-alcoholic)
Besides, I make sure that I drink two liters of water the whole day. I take approximately twenty minutes of drinking water in the morning, during lunch and at night. Sleeping
I sleep at night for a maximum of eight hours. I sleep because it gives me a peaceful rest after working the whole day. Outdoor Activities for Monday
Education
Since it’s a week day, I spend eight hours in class reading and attending my class lessons. The reason why I like reading and being in class is that I feel sharper than before because of the extra added knowledge. Besides, it is rewarding because it enables me to learn how to read and write. The part of my brain that initiates this cerebrum because of its ability to receive and interpret information.
Leisure
After reading and attending classes, I go swimming. I swim because I got swimming costumes and it makes me feel fresh and stress-free. This behavior is rewarding as it keeps me fit all day. The part of the brain that initiates this behavior are the Central Parttern Generators which activate motor neurons (Kreamer et al ., 2012).
Sports
After I getting out of class, I engage in leisure activities for about two hours. Because I am a member of my school football team. I run and kick the ball in the field because I feel my muscles get stretched. The motor region is responsible for learning a new sports activity as it coordinates the body muscle that is moving (Kreamer et al ., 2012).

Working
I work for only eight hours a day. I work because it makes me move around. It is rewarding as it makes me feel active, energetic, and more focused.Activation of the motor neurons in the brain initiates movements while working.
With the aim of causing motivation, the reward induces the appetite for a behavior(Kelly, 2017). The brain will only reward more time for an activity which makes one feel more joy and happiness. Human beings tend to spend more time with useful stimuli as opposed to harmful stimuli. Reward conditioning is , therefore, responsible for rewarding desirable behaviors for individuals. From my routine, I dedicate my time to each activity depending on how well they benefit me.
I spend 30 percent of my time in sporting activities because I receive money as an extensive reward. Working covers 20 % of my time because I receive monthly pay. This activity is closely followed by sleeping at 20 % because it helped me relieve stress from work. My education covers 15 % of my time because it is relevant for gaining knowledge. Eating and drinking of water all cover 7 % each a total of 10% because they are relevant for a healthy body .My brain reward only 1% to leisure activities because it can survive without the activities .
