Face-to-face elements include physical learning approaches that can impact the health outcomes of adult patients. In this case, health care professionals involved in the teaching process will have to teach adult patients how to walk gently to avoid falling. They can also help them understand how to use falls prevention equipment such as handrails. More so, nursing educators and physical therapists can teach patients to perform physical fitness exercises that can help strengthen their bodies. Apart from the above approaches, health care professional can instruct adult patients to recall what they learn through online elements and also try to practice them physically. In this regard, they will develop practical skills that can improve their health. Another face to face elements that can be used by nursing educators is the use of peer to peer counseling and teaching to help adult patients understand she falls prevention measures.
