As a pharmacy student, what results do you expect from participating in the training program?  I would ask this question to obtain a response on the effectiveness of the training program that the pharmacy students participate. I would like to know if the training benefited the students in the intended way. The question is important because it allows the evaluator to understand the difference that exists between students who participate in the training and those that do not. It outlines the impact of the training on pharmacy students (Levin, Hanson & Hurd, 2008). The student would be able to tell what he/she expects from engaging in the training program.

Do teachers of students who participate in the training feel their students perform better in their courses? I would ask this question to determine how teachers feel in response to students participating in the training. I would like to know if teachers would encourage more students to take part in the training due to its benefits. The outcome from the teachers will motivate the school to encourage more students to participate in the training. Similarly, the school might decide to make the training mandatory if the outcome from the teachers is positive. The question is helpful since teachers would have to give their response to the effectiveness of the program.
