Hello, everyone.  I am a business student specializing in finance.  This biography is a reflection of the skills and qualifications I have gained as a business student.  Throughout the course, I realized the importance of having a great interest in one’s field of study.  I do a lot of research on my area of specialization with the objective of being on par with the emerging market trends in the finance sector. Additionally, I have realized that technology has impacted the field, and made to research more and taking extra courses to remain relevant in the field.  This is because interest is the key to a successful completion of the business course. As a business student, I further learned the importance of gaining sufficient experience in my study area.  This will assist in transferring the theoretical knowledge into practice.  More importantly, spending sufficient time in studying the minor and major are the main strategies I use to prepare for the final exams and excel in the same.  Students should not only focus on coursework but allocate time for extra curriculum activities that will assist in both personal and professional development (Wetherly & Otter, 2013).  Therefore, I should have time to interact and chat with my friends and take part in various extra-curriculum activities.
