I am writing to apply for the position of the family nursing practitioner. I noted about the posting through one of the websites and thus compelled to apply for the job. I  have experience in the field, and I am ready to move in as a nursing practitioner.

Based on your description and the required skills outlined through the advert, I noticed that you needed a competent and professional candidate with diverse experience in the family. I believe I will deliver the required services based on the outlined regulations and standards. Through my internship, I helped the patients in managing acute and chronic illnesses. Besides, I had an opportunity to conduct different diagnostic tests and procedures, and this built my skills in evaluation and assessment procedures required during and after diagnosis I also had the chance to work in the pediatric department where  I handled different cases of children.

Within six months of internship, I had an opportunity to focus on significant problems faced by the families and the ability to address acute illnesses. I increased my scope of work by engaging with different types of nursing practices that focused on family care and other aspects that aimed at monitoring the children. I am very convinced that the experience provided me with the required skills and hands-on experience needed for the family care nursing practitioner. Besides, I had an opportunity to have bedside reporting which played a crucial role in the patient outcomes, especially with the physician’s advice.

When I saw the opportunity for the position, I felt that this was the right time I have  included my philosophy statement both as an intern and as a   family nursing practitioners

My philosophy statement is to provide the best of my skills through honesty and commitment. My skills are best suited for the family practitioner. I love to work with people who are committed to achieving the organizational goals best suited got the profession. I am honest hardworking and competent in delivering my skills. I believe that patients require time, adequate care and fair time to express their concern on the applied interventions. I can work independently and focus on achieving professional autonomy. Besides, controlling dynamic interventions and nursing management is crucial. Approaching patients with understanding is essential for the best outcomes.

My primary goal is to work with another specialist in managing healthcare conditions. My job in addressing case management would provide the best patient outcomes. My focus is to work with a diverse patient population and a regular assessment on patient condition. Discussing what the patient’s needs would be part of my long term goals along with providing adequate care, managing acute and chronic diseases, conducting the required recommendations and providing the patient with an opportunity to express their thoughts regarding the treatment. Besides, involving the family for long term plans is crucial for acute cases that require immediate attention from the specialist. My primary role in this area would, therefore, focus on providing such recommendation and allowing them to have access to various treatment and primary care options that fulfill their expectation. I believe in creating a positive attitude among the patients. Life is mysterious and intriguing for the patients without having social support from the nursing personnel. I have the qualities required for the development of a social and friendly environment. Therefore, I have the needed skills to provide both social and nursing support.
