I am writing to seek an admission to the University of Illinois. I am currently in the Arkansas Technology University where I am pursuing Mechanical Engineering. After looking at many Universities which are offering a course that would fulfill my aspiration of becoming a Mechanical Engineer, I had no other option other than choosing University of Illinois. It is the best choice that can only satisfy my innate curiosity in this field. Illinois has exceptional reviews from its former graduates, and its reputation is not debatable. I have selected Electrical Engineering as the Second Major. This program would provide me with comprehensive, and adequate skills and expertise in the application of electronics, electromagnetism, and electricity. Additionally, I am interested in this program since its depth and breadth would prepare my career path adequately while imparting knowledge intensively in mathematically related fields

I am a critical thinker, and I believe that this program is the best decision that I have taken. Moreover, I am an ambitious person who is well motivated particularly in pursuing this program. I pay keen interest to all details even those that are the mundane and low level that may seem not worth but in the end turn to be vital to my field of practice. In the Arkansas Technology University my focus has been on education alone, and therefore, I have not been engaged in co-curricular activities. Regarding my class work, I have always demonstrated exemplary academic performance. I have had no any case of indiscipline, and therefore my discipline records are unquestionable. Above all, I have always had a good relationship with different people regardless of their origin, creed, and race. I now look forward to the Committee of Admission to offer me an opportunity so that I can take the challenges and rigors of this program.
