Since personality is a complicated idea, the components of Personality and measures of Personality tests change and are ineffectively characterized most of the times.
The personality of an individual determines how they handle challenging times; Wisdom and perseverance keep me moving during hard times. Wisdom aids me in looking beyond the problem at hand; I focus on the bigger picture of how I can overcome the challenge that I’m facing through creating something great out of it. Wisdom aids me in coming up with ideas of how to handle any problem in the best way possible to lessen the damage and bring a positive outcome out of it. I can utilize any available resources intelligently to overcome any hard moments in my life. Wisdom additionally aids me in making a solution for the most difficult and challenging situations that I face.
With perseverance, I always believe that whatever hard times I’m facing will come to pass; this strength helps me keep the hope that tomorrow is going to be a better day hence no giving up no matter how hard the situation is. Perseverance gives me the strength to soldier on during hard times; it revives my strength whenever I feel drained by a situation, and it becomes more comfortable for me to formulate strategies on how to deal with the situation at hand and how to get out of it. Perseverance provides a sense of calmness even in the most challenging times for me, I remain calm and with the assurance that I will get out of the challenge victorious, that provides courage and a spirit of soberness.
To increase my success at work, school, and home, I will need to work on my desire for learning, from the personality test, my love for learning is below average. Learning new things is one of the vital and sure ways to success in all areas of life (Schultz & Schultz, 2017). Learning increases personal knowledge that aids in handling life matters. Love for education will help me attain new skills that I will use to propel in my work towards success. Learning will as well improve my intellectual capacity, and I will, therefore, be able to make informed decisions in all areas of my life hence increasing success.
I will likewise need to improve on my prudence, most of the failures I’ve faced in my life have been as a result of rushing to make decisions without giving it a proper thought hence resulting in wrong conclusions. Thinking about the outcome of any decision that I make and how it will affect other people and me will help me make the right decisions hence increases my success chances (Schultz & Schultz, 2017). I will need to be more cautious and consider the risk factors of my choices and any consequences. Prudence will as well aid me in monitoring my projects to ensure they all run as planned to avoid failure.
The feeling of awe brings happiness and fulfillment in my life; I feel contended with the person I have become and the achievements I have made, even though I haven’t accomplished all my dream, the feeling of awe makes me appreciate every small progress I have made instead of complaining. I feel satisfied and happy around the people in my life and appreciate everything that surrounds me (Schultz & Schultz, 2017). Another factor that adds to my happiness is forgiving all individuals that wrong me. I realized that keeping grudges robs one’s joy, I, therefore, made it a rule to forgive anyone who wrongs me even before they apologize, this has helped in taking away the burden of hate and despise from my heart hence, and I’ve been filled with fulfillment and happiness. I also get satisfaction from the way I treat people, treating people with fairness ensures that I have no feelings of guilt. This has helped me do the right things and offer justice in my small ways.
